Shipping Policy
For fixed-price products, orders must be placed through our website checkout system.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the buyer’s destination country, and fixed-price products are shipped by DHL only.
All orders are shipped after full payment has been confirmed.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, and any other local charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you would like to request a different purchase method, shipping method, or special shipping arrangement, please contact us through the product inquiry form before placing an order. Such requests are subject to our review and approval.

결제 및 입금 확인 후 영업일 기준 1~2일 이내에 제품 검수와 포장을 거쳐 발송됩니다. 제품의 크기와 무게에 따라 일반 택배 또는 화물 택배로 배송되며, 견적 문의 제품과 용달·퀵서비스 이용 시 배송 방법 및 비용은 별도 협의합니다. 직접 수령은 사전 예약이 필요하며, 정확한 배송 정보와 세금계산서 발행 정보를 제공해 주세요. 모든 제품은 별도 표기가 없는 한 중고 제품으로, 배송이 시작된 이후에는 단순 변심이나 중고 제품에서 발생할 수 있는 미세한 외관상의 흔적을 이유로 취소·반품할 수 없습니다. 운송 중 파손 및 분실에 대한 보상은 해당 운송사의 약관에 따라 처리됩니다.
Returns & Refunds
International orders are sold as Final Sale and As-Is.
Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, and the nature of used industrial parts, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for international orders.
Before placing an order, buyers may request additional product information, photos, videos, or basic condition checks through the product inquiry form.
If a return or exchange is exceptionally approved, the buyer is responsible for all related logistics costs, including round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any re-entry costs into South Korea.
Returned items must arrive in their original, unaltered condition before any refund or exchange is processed.

제품 수령 후 7일 이내에 확인된 초기 기능 불량은 사진 등 증빙자료를 첨부하여 접수해 주세요. 불량이 확인되면 당사가 왕복 배송비를 부담하며, 동일 재고가 있는 경우 교환 또는 전액 환불이 가능합니다. 단순 변심이나 오발주에 따른 반품·교환은 수령 후 7일 이내, 제품이 출고 당시 상태로 유지된 경우에만 가능하며 왕복 배송비는 구매자가 부담합니다. 품번 및 호환성 확인 부족, 임의 분해·개조, 과전압이나 사용상 부주의로 인한 손상은 교환·환불 대상에서 제외됩니다. 출고 전 기록된 제품 상태와 비교하여 훼손이 확인되는 경우 반품이 거부될 수 있습니다.
